Account deletion request

You may request deletion of your Medisphera account and associated personal information by contacting support.

• We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account and information.
• We will let you know when processing is complete.
• Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or governance obligations.
• Self-service account deletion is not currently available.
